If you're ready to make some changes, it can feel like a daunting task and maybe even a big gamble. I want to help make your healing journey feel safe and attainable by providing a warm, supportive, and tailored counseling experience. I use a variety of therapy treatments, and we can work together to determine the best fit for you. I am currently offering Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)! Through EMDR, clients can gain relief from distressing memories and re-evaluate the internal narratives that may not be helpful to them anymore. Regardless of what you've been through or how long you've been struggling, consider reaching out. With years of training and experience, and a love for people, I'm here to join you in the healing process whenever you're ready. *I have immediate openings for in-person and virtual therapy services and clinical supervision.
