Hi! It is great to see that you are here. One of the biggest steps is asking for support when we need it. I truly believe that therapy can be a healing process whether it is for things that occur day to day or heavier experiences we encounter. I received my master's degree from Warner School of Education at the University of Rochester. I would describe myself as a highly empathetic, creative person. I love to make things and enjoy utilizing creativity in my work as well as my personal life. I work with teens, and young adults who have anxiety, panic attacks, and depression, I aim to provide support, active listening, and empathy to build a strong relationship for healing. I enjoy working on creative coping skills with my client to find ones that are tailored to their individual needs. I work closely with those in grief, as it is unique as a fingerprint and can feel isolating. You are not alone, and every emotion is valid as you navigate this experience. One of my specializations is in geriatric and caregiver mental health. I have over 6 years of experience working in several senior living sites. Personally, I have experienced caregiving from a young age and gained a close familiarity with Alzheimer's Disease. My goal is to empower caregivers, empathize, and listen to their concerns while providing resources to help them experience some relief. My work with the geriatric community and any type of caregiver holds a special place in my heart. I utilize telehealth sessions, as well as in-person sessions in Syracuse, NY.
