Introduction

I offer support to people who are ready to explore their inner worlds in a meaningful way in order to better understand how your unique history has impacted your current pattens, beliefs, emotions and behaviors. With curiosity, we will uncover the underlying issues that are at the root of your distressing symptoms. I will support you to allow your emotions to emerge, process and make sense of past experiences, and create updated and more accurate beliefs and narratives about your self, your raltiotshipis and and your life. My intention is to uncover your inherent ability to face and move towards the joys and challenges that life brings with more ease, resilience and wholeheartedness I am certified in Maternal Mental Health and my practice is largely informed by IFS, AEDP, Brainspotting, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Narrative Therapy and Attachment theory. I am able to support individuals in a variety of areas such as, Anxiety, Maternal Mental Health, Pregnancy Support, Parenting, Life Transitions, Grief/Loss, Depression, OCD, Self-esteem, Self-empowerment, and Personal Growth.
