Introduction

Kate is the owner and founder of Conscious Pathways Therapy and Journeywork, a collective of highly trained couples therapists and psychedelic guides. We focus on relationship therapy for couples, polycules, and individuals whose partners won't come to therapy. The team is all MFTs, a subspecialty in the field of therapy that focusing on relational help and the impact of our family histories on our current situations. We also support individuals through trauma healing and resolution using talk therapy, EMDR, and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.
