I believe that our relationships impact our mental health, and vice versa. In our earliest relationships, we learn the patterns of thought and behavior that are foundational to our personalities. And in our current relationships, our communications and interactions impact our mood and wellness. When we understand ourselves within the context of these past and current relationships, we unlock wonderful potential for greater connection, communication, and contentment.
