Many of my clients are dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, self esteem, body image and disordered eating, and relationship issues. Also, having worked in the corporate world for over 10 years, I offer support to professionals struggling with problems such as finding meaning in work, professional setbacks, stress and work-life balance.
