Introduction
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in the mental wellness field. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults struggling with a variety of circumstances including anxiety, depression, life stress, trauma, and adjustment challenges. With 207 Counseling, I am focusing on providing a specialized treatment for children and adolescents with anxiety and related problems. The treatment, called SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), is an evidence-based, parent-centered program developed by the Yale Child Study Center. It can make a child's world, and the whole family's life, so much smaller and less full of joy. SPACE is a path to help children and adolescents increase their ability to handle anxiety and thrive in their life. My dog, Gertie, is part of my practice and loves attention and a couch snuggle.
