I provide individual telehealth therapy to adults (18+) in New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts who are looking for support to help guide them through a difficult time, better manage their mood and emotions, and to help them live a life that is fulfilling to them. For the past decade, I have been helping individuals with depression, anxiety, self-harm, grief/loss, perinatal mental health issues, and trauma feel more emotionally regulated, happier, and confident about themselves and their abilities in different aspects of their life. My style is based in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and a trauma informed background. My approach can be eclectic or structured, tailoring my approach to each individual’s needs. My training comes from research-oriented therapies with an emphasis on understanding patterns both behaviorally and cognitively, while increasing your ability to cope with difficult emotions and situations. In addition to therapy, I am able to provide supervision to social workers looking to complete their supervision hours needed to receive their clinical license.
