Introduction

I have more than 15 years of counseling experience that qualifies me to counsel children, adolescents and adults. I specialize in counseling children and adolescents struggling with trauma, anxiety or depression utilizing play therapy and expressive art techniques. I work collaboratively with parents and guardians to teach creative and effective parenting strategies to improve family relationships. I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy. I incorporate EMDR into my counseling practice with clients of all ages to help clients cope with disturbances or trauma.
