Introduction

I have been in the mental health field since 2009, and a licensed therapist since 2011. I have a small private practice in Seattle, WA that serves teens, adults, couples, and those in the LGBTQIA+ Community. I specialize in complex developmental trauma, and I use an integrated model of treatment that relies upon training in several modalities (e.g., Internal Family Systems, Sensorimotor, EMDR, DBT, CBT, and interpersonal neurobiology). I use these models in unison with a client's individual history and needs to develop personalized treatment for each client that I see. In addition to working as a therapist, I am also a professor and researcher who teaches at Seattle University. I teach courses on Gender, the Neurobiology of Trauma, and Psychopathology.
