Kate Foley

Limited Permit Psychologist Madison Park Psychological Services
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Adjustment Disorder, Personality Disorder,

Introduction

I believe that every person who walks into therapy longs for something more — more than their life circumstances, current stressors, internal conflicts, and personal history have rendered possible for them at the present moment. I also believe that every person has an innate capacity to realize the change they desire. At the same time, change is notoriously difficult, even when it’s what we want the most. As your therapist, I will work with you collaboratively and creatively to help you identify, confront, and overcome the obstacles that inhibit your ability to grow into your most authentic and fulfilled self. I may not have stood exactly where you currently stand, but I have walked the path before you many times, with many different people. I look forward to walking with you, too.
