Introduction

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor where I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, in which I received extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also utilize several modalities and techniques, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Feminist Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. I have worked with adults, children, adolescents, families, parents, and groups from diverse backgrounds in both community mental health and school settings. I have worked with various presenting concerns, though frequently work in areas as stress management, anxiety, self-esteem, parenting and co-parenting challenges, generational trauma and family dynamics, ADHD and related life skills, increasing positive coping, and self-empowerment. I believe in achieving client goals through, empowerment, gaining insight, personal growth, confidence, and healthy coping skills. I strive to create an open, warm, and supportive therapeutic relationship through lacing humor, empathy, and empowerment into session. I am passionate about my work and providing a safe place for clients through their own personal journey. **I'm currently accepting new clients for individual and family sessions.**
