Introduction

TRAUMA Do you struggle to know who you are and what you want out of life? Do you find yourself reacting personally to other people’s conflicts? These are typical responses to trauma and I can help! COUPLES I work with all couples (married/committed relationships, heterosexual, LGBTQIA+, non-monogomous, etc). I can help you focus on seeing each other with compassion and curiosity rather than blame. FAMILIES/ADOPTION I have extensive research in family connectedness, specializing in adoption. I can help you understand where undesirable behaviors are coming from and how to address them. KETAMINE ASSISTED PSYCHOTHERAPY (KAP) If you have been stuck and working on the same issues for too long Ketamine might help to give you a fresh perspective and the boost you need to make changes that seem almost impossible. We can work together to decide if KAP is the right fit for you (individuals and couples) APPROACH I take my time to form a safe therapeutic relationship with you, building trust and comfort by working on coping strategies and regulation techniques before we start exploring the past. Then, we will track how your reactions relate to what has happened to you and try to help. It is an honor for me to hold space for your hardest challenges. *Set up a free consultation today to see if we would be a good fit* BACKGROUND I completed my undergraduate degree in 2009 with a Bachelor’s in Health Care Management and then took some time to stay home with my three children. I graduated with honors from the Clinical Mental Health Master’s program at Denver Seminary with my LPCC in 2023. I am a member of the Chi Sigma Iota Counseling Honor Society.
