Introduction

Hello and welcome! I am so glad you're here. As a trauma-informed therapist, I’m passionate about creating a space where you can feel truly seen and supported. My approach is grounded in inclusivity and radical acceptance, honoring diverse experiences, including those of neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, and multicultural identities. I combine psychotherapy with creative expression and somatic practices, helping you cultivate self-awareness, healing, and inner wisdom. My goal is to support you on your journey toward freedom, connection, and wholeness. My path to becoming a therapist has been anything but linear. I began dancing at the age of three and, upon moving to New York City intended to pursue a professional dance career. I soon realized that turning my passion into my livelihood wasn’t what I expected. I shifted gears and worked in educational outreach at New York City Ballet before going back to school to become a therapist. As a child, I often felt misunderstood and emotionally “too much.” It’s an honor to now serve as an emotional support for others, helping them navigate their own growth and healing. I approach my work with a beginner’s mindset and an open heart. Curiosity is essential to me, and I utilize an eclectic and holistic assortment of approaches. My practice is defined by warmth, compassion, non-judgment, and a sense of humor. In our work together you are the expert on yourself, while I bring my creativity, perspective, knowledge, and tools. My aim is for you to reconnect with your most authentic self—living intentionally, authentically, and fully present with the world around you. For me, healing is about ongoing evolution and reclaiming your wholeness and worthiness. In our sessions, you’ll have the space to explore through discussion, movement, breath work, writing, or creative expression—whatever feels most meaningful to you. Reach out to book a free 15 minute consultation, I'd love to meet you!
