Introduction

Welcome to Hopeways Counseling. Here, our focus is trauma recovery, self-acceptance and life enrichment. I am a trauma-focused therapist committed to helping adults, teens and families create lasting, healthy and authentic relationships. My work focuses on reducing the stigma around trauma, fostering recovery and supporting individuals in reconnecting with their lives. My goal in therapy is to create a space where clients can understand themselves on a deeper level, create authentic connections with others and build tangible skills that they can use to move forward in their lives. If you have experienced professional burnout, childhood abuse, emotional numbness, neglect or difficult relationships, this may be the place for you. If you would like to schedule a consultation, please reach out to to me at hopewayscounseling@gmail.com.
