Introduction

Hi, My name is Kassie. I studied at the University of Utah. I have worked in the mental health field for nearly a decade and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I believe relationships are key to having a meaningful, purposeful life. I enjoy working with teens, young adults and beyond with a hope of turning the hardest days into life lessons that instill wisdom to be shared. While pursuing my degree in social work, I discovered my passion for working with clients struggling with body image and disordered eating. I do my best to teach self-love and compassion, believing that the relationship we have with ourselves is the most important one. I spend my free time backpacking with my dog and husband. We love to get outside and disconnect. I also enjoy snowboarding, mountain biking and sunny days on the lake. You may catch me in a yoga class or climbing at the local gym. Feel free to say hi :)
