Hello, my name is Kassandra LaRoche and I am excited for you to be a part of my practice. I am the business owner and a licensed clinical social worker in Maryland, Virginia, and DC. I provide EMDR and traditional talk therapy. I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, mood disorders, schizophrenia and other thought disorders, and relationship issues. I have been practicing since 2021 and have been in the mental health field since 2006. My goal is to work with individuals to improve their lives and overall sense of well-being. I apply evidenced-based practices in an empathetic, nonjudgmental, and welcoming environment. I am here to listen without judgment and help you build the skills needed to fulfill your goals while using a person-centered and strengths-based approach. I know it can be hard choosing a therapist and for this reason, I offer 15-minute consultations to allow you to make an informed decision that you can feel comfortable making.
