I specialize in working with shame, perfectionism, trauma, mood disorders, ADHD, anxiety, faith transitions, and LGBTQ+ issues. I believe that each individual has within them the ability to heal, grow, thrive, and become their true selves. It is my goal to help my clients harness that ability. Just as no two people are alike, there is not a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I am trained in a variety of modalities including sand/play/expressive arts, trauma therapies such as EMDR and IFS and talk therapies such as client-centered and mindfulness-based therapies. I work with each client to develop a unique plan that works for them. Carl Rogers said, "The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change."
