I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered. I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with empathy and understanding. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with individuals, families, and groups across different ages and backgrounds. My ultimate goal is to help you build on your strengths, develop new coping tools, and create lasting change in a way that feels right for you. My approach is person-centered and adaptable because no two journeys are the same. I draw from evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness techniques, and trauma-focused interventions. Whether you're facing stress, addiction recovery, or life transitions, we’ll work together to find strategies that fit your unique needs and goals. You don’t have to go through it alone—let’s figure it out together!
