I became a counselor because I am very passionate about helping people who have been through difficult situations and want to make their life better. It’s a real joy for me to witness married couples reconcile and rekindle their first love, or to see women experience transformation and can radiate their inner beauty with confidence. I have a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Dallas Baptist University, a Master’s degree in Theological Studies from Madonna University, advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, and I am currently in the process of obtaining certification to be a Sexual Addiction Therapy Provider (SATP) from MidAmerica Nazarene University. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (TX #203699, exp. 2/2024), a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (TX #83774, exp. 4/2025), and a facilitator for Prepare-Enrich, a leading assessment instrument for dating, engaged, or married couples. My specialties include marriage/relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma after abortion, family conflict, and grief.
