Introduction

I am accepting new clients for video telehealth anywhere in California. Covid has impacted so many of us and being able to offer this type of therapy is encouraging to say the least. I have several years of experience ranging from being a substance abuse counselor all the way to becoming a therapist. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Dialetical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I have both my undergraduate and graduate degrees in counseling psychology from California Baptist University. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families and meet clients where they are dealing with adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and many other complications we face at different times in our lives. I also work with First Responders and their families. I have 19 years of experience working with the Native American population. My approach is warm and inviting guided by trauma informed care. I am sensitive to cultural issues and welcome learning from others while being a witness to change.
