Introduction

I work with individuals who have anxiety, depression, substance abuse, mood disorders, dual diagnoses, and PTSD. My goal as a counselor is to provide a confidential setting while establishing a trusting connection with you so together, we can explore pathways to your own health and well-being. In addition to my years in counseling, I have worked in the foster care and educational system. I am a graduate of the University of Alabama’s Rehabilitation Counseling program, and my graduate study was focused in the area of substance abuse.
