Introduction

I am a licensed psychologist (PY 7924, since 2009) with a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Florida State University. I see patients of all ages, however, I specialize in child and adolescent therapy and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I use a variety of scientifically supported treatment modalities such as CBT, ERP, parent training in behavioral management, IPT, DBT and others. I have a flexible approach to therapy, with strong emphasis building connections and rapport with my patients to help them feel comfortable and open to the therapeutic process. I worked for 15 years in the Wolfson Children's Center for Behavioral Health collaborating with other health care professionals to optimize outcomes for my patients. I grew up in Jacksonville, and have two sons. I enjoy hiking, kayaking, reading and taking naps.
