Introduction

Life can be challenging and it can be difficult to let others know you need help. Reaching out can be one of the toughest parts in anyone’s healing journey. My approach is uniquely tailored to each individual, recognizing that everyone walks a different path. As your clinician, you will always find trust, empathy, compassion, positivity, and honesty to support you in your healing process. I have experience working with couples, individuals, and families, including children, young adults, and adults. I would love to walk alongside you and provide the tools you need to navigate your healing journey. As an EMDR trainee, I am equipped to address a variety of diagnoses, including anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, depressive disorders, and trauma and stressor-related disorders.
