Specialties: Anxiety, Trauma, Abandonment, PTSD, Abuse Survivors,

Introduction

I grew up in South Africa, where I studied Psychology. I moved to the United States to study Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Connecticut. I have worked in outpatient community mental health in New Haven CT, in Private Practice, and as the Clinical Director of EMDR HAP, before moving to Vermont in 2017. Outside of my therapy practice and EMDR Training role, I enjoy sharing time and laughter with my wife, kids, dogs and broader family. I love to cycle (road, gravel, mountain and fatbike), listen to music, travel, and drink a good strong cup of tea.
