Introduction

The path to freedom begins with one step at a time, and I consider it an honor to walk alongside individuals on their healing journey. Our minds and bodies are designed to heal, grow, and transform, allowing us to reclaim and reshape our stories. Together, we will rediscover your inner strengths and help you experience meaningful growth and lasting transformation. I provide holistic, trauma-informed support by integrating mindfulness and somatic-based approaches, creating a safe and compassionate space for your healing. My goal is to help you reconnect with your body and mind in a way that fosters resilience and healing. As a mother of three, I am deeply passionate about supporting mothers throughout the beautiful and challenging journey of motherhood, from pregnancy and beyond. I’m committed to helping mothers navigate this phase with confidence and care. Faith has been foundational for me during difficult times, and I welcome the opportunity to integrate faith into sessions to the extent that feels helpful to you. Together, we will uncover your strengths, navigate challenges, and move toward a life of freedom and wholeness.
