Bio: Fear and anxiety about the future, past or current pain, trauma, and broken relationships can threaten to steal our joy and peace. I believe life is hard and messy sometimes, but also a journey and a process worth enjoying. As a counselor, I love walking alongside individuals and couples as they overcome life's challenges, calm anxiety, and bring joy and meaning back to their lives and relationships. I encourage self-discovery and help my clients uncover the resources and the empowerment they have within themselves. I have a passion for helping young adults and women struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, overwhelm, relational issues, life transitions, perfectionism, ADHD, divorce & break-ups, motherhood, self-esteem and body image, weight loss, nutrition, overall wellness, and health. I also enjoy helping couples bridge the gap between conflict and intimate connection. I draw from a variety of theoretical approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Brainspotting Trama Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I believe in a holistic approach that incorporates spiritual, mental, relational, emotional, and physical health. I also welcome the opportunity to integrate faith into the therapeutic process. In addition to counseling, I run an online Christian life and health coaching business where I help women as they navigate through weight loss, health, ministry, career challenges, relationships, motherhood, and their mental, physical, relational, and spiritual health.
