I'm passionate about helping clients embrace the full spectrum of emotions while still feeling empowered to create meaning and fulfillment in their lives. I've been providing individual and relational therapy since 2019. My therapeutic approach draws from attachment theory, acceptance commitment therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and narrative therapy. I am also trained in various relational modalities, such as Gottman and the Prepare-Enrich premarital program.
