Introduction

I'm a trauma psychotherapist specializing in gentle, whole person trauma healing. I work collaboratively with clients to sort through difficult experiences and relationships. Our time together focuses on helping clients connect with themselves and others in a way that is safe and healing. I am passionate about spreading resilience outside of the therapy setting and often lead groups, workshops, classes, etc. in mind-body based practices. If you’d like to schedule a consultation with me, please send an appointment request. I look forward to hearing from you!
