Specialties: Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Anxiety, Depression, Trauma

Introduction

I am both a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) & Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) in NC. I am trained and have extensive experience with using both Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) & Inference based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) for the treatment of OCD. I work with adults 18+ and offer telehealth appointments. If OCD creates feelings of intense anxiety that are used against you - demanding you act or think in a specific way before OCD allows you to carry on with your day - we may be a good fit. If you are ready to stop listening to your anxiety and ready to start calling the shots, reach out today to schedule a free 25-minute exploration call.
