I enjoy working with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, alcohol/substance use issues, as well as "life transition" issues, such as relationship changes, grief, mid-life career changes, or someone who could benefit from non-biased, non-judgmental person to listen. As someone who made a major career change "later in life" I firmly it is never too late, and you are never too old to make a change. We are all worth it! I have an extensive background in addictions, have a masters degree in Addiction Studies and a CADC (Certified Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Profession Certification), and enjoy working with individuals in early recovery. I also have a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, as well as certification in trauma (CTP). Please feel free to reach out anytime to see if we might be a good match!
