Introduction

I am licensed in Delaware with 18 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & parenting issues. I spent the beginning of my career in early childhood development and worked with both preschool aged children and their parents, then I shifted into Women's Health and worked with women experiencing perinatal mood disorders. In this role I saw a lot of trauma from formative years and how it impacted women in adulthood and their children. I felt inspired to reach people at an earlier age and transitioned into providing therapy to adolescents. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion and like to add a little humor in the mix when possible.
