Introduction

I understand that reaching out for help is no easy task. I offer a free mental health consultation to help folks navigate and understand the mental health systems. Through an intersectional, trauma informed exploration of self and spirit I have seen community members reduce symptoms related to anxiety, depression, family conflict and unhealthy coping habits. My intention is to guide clients in developing a practice of self reflection through therapeutic interventions as well as culturally informed healing practices.
