Welcome to LifeSpan Counseling for Older Adults, LLC. My practice is dedicated to supporting middle-aged and older adults as they navigate life’s transitions. With more than 15 years of experience in mental health, both within and beyond the medical field, as well as end-of-life care, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to my work. Having been a caregiver for my father, who had Lewy body dementia, and my mother, who passed from COVID, I deeply appreciate the unique challenges of aging and caregiving. You don’t have to face your journey alone - I’m here to offer emotional support, guidance, and practical tools to help you approach this season of life with strength and purpose.
