Introduction

Welcome to Hopespace Counseling Services. My name is Karen Bucur, and I am a dedicated and experienced registered mental health counselor in the State of Florida. I have over 28 years of experience in Europe working with children, youth, families, and other vulnerable populations in crisis. I founded Hopespace Counseling Services, passionate about using my counseling experience to help individuals, couples, and families struggling to cope with various addictions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, or other life stressors. My practice is solely a video conferencing practice, which gives you the freedom to reach out from the comfort of your home, office, dorm, or wherever best suits you. At Hopespace, I strive to fully understand everyone’s unique challenges and help them find a path towards healing and hope using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EDMR). Mental health issues can disrupt our lives in many ways, impairing important areas of our lives, including work, school, and relationships. Through a holistic approach, I am committed to facilitating lasting change and growth by treating you as a whole person—mind, body, and spirit. With that being said, you may still feel hesitant to reach out for help and support. I want to encourage you to reach out today and take a courageous first step towards setting important life goals, enjoying meaningful relationships, and feeling good again! You don't have to figure this out alone. Call me for a free consultation. _____________________________________________________ Rates: New Clients: Free 15-minute consultation $100 for a 50-minute counseling session New Clients: Once you make your first appointment, you will receive an email with a link and directions on how to access and activate your private client portal.
