Starting therapy is a brave step. I will help you uncover elusive core issues and assist you in transforming blocks, leaving you free to thrive in the life you choose. My approach integrates acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and somatic practices. Together, we will uncover unhealthy thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. I bring a mind-body perspective to all my work, and believe that therapy is a collaborative relationship. I specialize in balancing clinical and holistic modalities into a healing session. I’m honored to do this work and genuinely enjoy facilitating clients in becoming their most empowered selves. I love being in nature (snowboarding, mountain biking, rock climbing) and spending time with my husband and daughter. Yoga, meditation, and dance are also a significant part of my life. I am currently earning my PhD in Psychology, specializing in Somatic Psychology. I offer in-person sessions at my office in Ketchum, Idaho. Additionally, I can provide video telehealth sessions for clients in Idaho and California.
