Karen A. Gore LICSW (Wren) brings more than twenty years of clinical experience specializing in End-of-Life and Medical settings, and six years as a psychotherapist in private practice. For over 15 years she held the position of the Bereavement Coordinator and Counselor within two different Hospice organizations. These years of bereavement experience enhance both her individual and group work. After completing level II training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) she began a private practice providing psychotherapy serving the LGBTQ+ community. During the Pandemic she started and continue to serve clients using tele-health. She has pleased with the successful results using EMDR via tele-health. She is trained trained in EMDR 2.0 and is excited to be offering this form of trauma treatment as well. She offers adjunct EMDR and EMDR Intensives.
