It's natural to feel nervous or scared about starting therapy - to talk to a stranger and share the details of your mental landscape... I meet you where you're at. You know your thoughts are “just thoughts,” but you struggle to change. You feel stuck. You want solutions. You want the compassion you give so freely to others, for yourself. You know, deep down, that beyond fear, is freedom. You want to show up for yourself. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma or grief, let's talk. I help you evolve your current coping skills and/or create healthier ones — and transform. I help you learn to show up for yourself, regulate emotions and develop insight into patterns/thought processes. Healing begins when you are heard and seen. You deserve to feel better.
