Introduction

Do you wonder if therapy is right for you or your child? Have you been worried about how to handle your problems or knowing that things cannot keep going the way they are? As a therapist, I am here to partner with your family to make the changes to be happier together. I am passionate about my work with children, teens, and adults. My experience includes being a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor and also an EMDR trained therapist. This just means I have lots of toys in my office and have a lot of experience working with trauma and negative childhood experiences in particular.
