I enjoy supporting individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, suicidality, PTSD, and low self-esteem. I have extensive experience working with survivors of intimate partner or sexual violence. I am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community and supporting individuals with related issues. As I have previously worked as an Emergency Medical Technician, both on the ambulance and in-hospital, I am passionate about working with first responders and other helping professionals. I utilize many different therapeutic modalities in order to best serve the individual I am working with. Those modalities include, but are not limited to, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). First and foremost, I strive to practice from a client-focused and trauma-informed perspective. If I sound like I might be a good fit, please reach out to schedule a free consultation call!
