KARA GLENDENING, MSW, LCSW: Kara has been working in the field of mental health since 2005. She has had a variety of roles during that time, but has spent most of her career providing outpatient mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Kara has a significant amount of experience treating a variety of mental health issues. She has extensive training in mood disorders, adjustments, trauma, and child sexual abuse. In addition to her role at Piece by Piece, Kara provides mental health services at the local child advocacy center, treating children and adolescents who have disclosed or are in the process of disclosing abuse, non-offending caregivers, and members of the multi-disciplinary treatment team.
