Rather, coming to therapy means something is RIGHT with you. For many people, it is not often that we have the opportunity to have unfiltered conversations without judgement. Therapy is that place. I use a collaborative and individualized approach that allows me to meet you where you are at, and together we will determine goals and a plan to get there. It has taken so much courage to even get to this point in your journey of self improvement and discovery!
