I'm an LICSW with a background working with clients and couples who are pregnant/postpartum and are struggling with anxiety and/or depression. I have specific experience working with rare disease and fetal anomaly diagnoses in utero. I also work with clients who experience pregnancy loss, stillbirth, neonatal/infant loss, termination, termination for medical reasons, and other experiences of grief/loss, as well as clients with identity changes as a new parent and/or Postpartum Depression/Anxiety. I have a certificate in Perinatal Mental Health and Acceptance Commitment Therapy. My focus is also in supporting children, adolescents, and adults through chronic illness, trauma, life transitions, dating/relationships, and anxiety/depression. I am here to listen, and to support you through potentially some of the hardest moments of your life. Unexpected experiences most often go hand in hand with grief. My goal is not to push away and avoid these painful feelings that are very much valid and real. My goal is to help you to start to acknowledge and notice these feelings, find ways to continue to cope in ways that you feel are meaningful to you and your life, and to find hope and peace in yourself.
