Introduction

I am a licensed psychotherapist and a nationally certified counselor. I specialize in helping individuals and couples meet their needs for connection. I apply well-researched principles of relationship, attachment, and communication to help you explore the impact of childhood trauma and past relationships on your current functioning. Clients describe me as warm, empathetic, and direct. I offer individual therapy for individuals transitioning out of a relationship, experiencing parenting concerns, postpartum depression, difficulty setting boundaries, low self-esteem, and processing unresolved feelings. I offer couples counseling to dating, married, and co-parenting couples. I work with couples to get to the root of their disconnect, increase communication, and heal from relational ruptures. You wouldn’t believe the incredible amount of change that is possible when you take the time to intentionally invest in yourself. Throughout this journey, you will be able to discover wellness and holistic healing in the places that hurt the most. You will emerge from therapy feeling confident, strong, and empowered. You’ll no longer carry the weight of your past hurts and wounds. You’ll be equipped to engage in a healthier more fulfilling relationship with yourself and others. Fwccounseling.com/services/
