We are trained in DBT ( Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and offer virtual skills groups, Motivational interviewing, and strengths-based individualized care. Our styles also include CBT ( Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and psychodynamics. We offer individual, family, and couples counseling to age ranges of 13 to older adults. We also have experience working with individuals with Bipolar I & II.
