Introduction

The challenges of life offer us incredible opportunities for healing and growth. I want to create a safe space to explore the depths of unresolved life experiences. I work with teens and adults and treat depression, anxiety, relapse prevention, stress and trauma related issues. Throughout our lives many of us develop defenses and behaviors to survive. We may find in time that these ways of survival no longer serve us but instead keep us feeling trapped. Our once understandable attempts to avoid pain may have left us feeling disconnected from ourselves and others. Your true self is not your survival strategies.
