Introduction

My mission as your therapist is to help you gain deep insight and cultivate practical tools needed to forge the fulfilling life you desire and deserve. I help young adult, college students and professional women who are facing difficult life transitions, relationship stress, family issues, past trauma, and identity concerns to heal and thrive through vulnerability, connection, and self-compassion. I am passionate about supporting ambitious women of color to overcome feelings of “stuckness” from past wounds while they cultivate the professional and personal life of their dreams. I use relational, attachment-based, and trauma informed therapies to help you get more connected with yourself, uncover the sources of your pain and patterns, and move towards your goals. I also provide EMDR for those seeking to focus directly on healing from trauma and managing anxiety. Starting the journey to healing through therapy can be scary, and you don’t have to do it alone. I am honored to join with you in taking this first step of centering your mental and emotional needs, and I look forward to partnering with you to claim the healing and joy that you deserve. To get started, please email me. I look forward to working with you!
