I am a licensed professional counselor and certified yoga teacher using an integrative and collaborative approach in my work with clients. I draw from evidenced-based therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, mindfulness-based stress reduction, CBT, internal Family Systems (IFS), and other somatic interventions to provide a compassionate and personalized approach. I strive to provide a safe space for exploration, healing, and transformation by fostering a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can comfortably discuss sensitive topics, and address underlying issues to foster healing. It is my aim to build a trusting rapport with clients, empowering them to navigate challenges, discover insights about themselves, and develop strategies for personal growth and well-being. Ultimately, I see my role as a counselor as a guide and ally, walking alongside individuals on their journey towards healing, self-discovery, and a more fulfilling life.
