I am passionate about helping people gain clarity and emotional health. The counseling relationship is a powerful, collaborative experience. I specialize in an insight driven approach to therapy that helps you find clarity and make connections that lead to change. My areas of focus include anxiety, life stressors, relationship issues and overall emotional health. I specialize in using the Enneagram Personality Inventory for both personal transformation and relationship growth. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with an MA in Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. While I can and enjoy integrating professional counseling with Christian faith, all faiths and non-religious perspectives are welcome and will be met without judgement or pressure.
