Introduction

I am passionate about providing a safe space to work through the issues and circumstances that have brought you to seek therapy and will support you in identifying goals and strategies for achieving a balanced and fulfilling life. I am a firm believer that the therapeutic relationship is the most important tool for generating the insight and motivation to make meaningful progress and change, and together we will work to establish an authentic connection and collaboration to meet your goals. Given that each person’s needs are unique, I generally tailor my approach and interventions to fit my client’s personality, preferences and comfort level, but utilize humor, warmth, and a strengths-based perspective in all of my work. I have been fortunate to have worked with a diverse array of client populations throughout my career, but currently specialize in and am passionate about working with college students, young adults, LGBTQ+, and women - particularly around parenthood and work/family balance. My clinical areas of specialty and expertise include anxiety, depression, ADHD, family dynamics, social/relationship challenges, and professional and life transitions. I also have a particular interest in providing therapy to graduate students who are working towards social work/counseling/mental health degrees as well as new and emerging therapists in the field who are seeking their own support as they navigate the complexities of supporting others in their therapeutic journey while balancing their own self-care. Services Offered: Individual Psychotherapy (Telehealth) - 60 Minutes: $175 ADHD/Executive Function Coaching - 50 Minutes: $150 Best fit for individuals seeking support around academic, professional, or personal struggles related to focus/attention, time management, organization, task initiation/completion, and motivation. Clinical Supervision - One Hour: $120 For LCSW Clinicians seeking their next step in licensure. I currently accept BCBS, Tufts, and Aetna insurance and I am able to issue monthly invoices to patients for potential reimbursement from Out of Network Insurance Plans. Please email me to inquire about my current availability and to determine if we would be a good fit! I look forward to hearing from you.
